And there's always a lot going on at Winter & Company: in the Technical Competence Centre, for example, I test the production samples for various properties as part of our product development: Is the tear resistance right? What about light fastness? Are the materials also resistant under special climatic conditions? I also evaluate and test finishing options and advise our customers on specific projects. Of course, I also regularly put our existing collections through their paces. This way, our customers can be sure that the materials meet the defined specifications.

That is exactly what is special about us, that we can carry out so many different tests in-house - that makes us enormously fast and efficient. It's a good thing that I'm also personally very flexible and love new challenges. After my training as a print specialist and before I joined the company, I was a desktop publisher and media coordinator on a cruise ship on the world's oceans. Now Winter & Company gives me the opportunity to keep moving - to get involved and learn something new every day.»
