«I particularly enjoy my job as UK Sales Manager when my team share our customers success stories. Our beautiful, high-end, yet practical materials are transformed visually to help support the brand story, delivering and engaging with consumers from the outside in. As a team we like to work together, coming up with ideas on how we can support our customers and each other. Most of the time we visit our customers on site. This way we get to know the environment and their needs, building strong relationships with our customers right from the start.

For example, when we present our new, creative, and sustainable materials using finished samples and swatches this creates more visual stimulation helping our customers identify how they can use our materials. With our wealth of technical and design experience, we can make accurate suggestions as to what best suits the business and project in question. Most of our customers have been with us for many years. They know that we are constantly developing new material options that meet their expectations.

Besides sampling, our comprehensive website is a great tool for our customers to discover our collections and get to be inspired. Last year, we digitised all of our 1,300 materials as VR scans. And most recently, we offer the Product Configurator, a tool that makes it efficient and easy to discover all our products in applications such as book covers, packaging, carrier bags or displays.
