A typical day for me involves constant interaction with customers, colleagues in our Hong Kong offices, and the Dongguan warehouse. Regular visits to customers, coupled with close collaboration with the headquarters in Basel, Switzerland as well as our producers, ensure seamless project management and quality control.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated and innovative co-workers. Winter & Company has not only shaped my career but also enhanced my abilities as influencer in the industry and in my personal live.

One of my most challenging yet rewarding tasks so far was to participate in the development of Winlay® – our new plastic-free, moulded fibre packaging solution. Despite initial hurdles, collaboration between myself, the product management in Basel and the local factory always leads to innovative solutions that delight our customers.
