RED CAN BE THIS GREEN!

Under the Winter Wrup-Cycling label, we currently offer 160 cover materials in which we reduce the use of new resources to a maximum or even completely do without them altogether, thus contributing to a sustainable circular economy. Whether for book covers, luxury and premium packaging, stationery items, carrier bags, hang tags or labels. We are happy to demonstrate our material expertise and offer you exciting perspectives for your projects. Red can be this green!

UNCOATED PAPERS

Wibalin® Recycled Arizona (WBR903) is an uncoated, dyed-through, reddish paper made from 100% recycled paper fibres derived from both post-consumer waste (PCW) and industrial waste (PIW). You can find this and other uncoated papers in our current Winter Wrup-Cycling range. All of them are also 100% recyclable.

COATED PAPERS

Three red cover materials for your sustainable projects: Ecorel® Pure Skiver Red (EPS60011) is a smooth, slightly glossy coated paper that imitates split leather. Likewise Ecorel® Matte Chevo Grenadine (EMC60002), which imitates goatskin but with a matte finish. The third cover material is Corvon® Pure Mano Signal Red (CPM2210). It sets new standards in sustainability and user experience. The soft, matt surface, also called «Softtouch», provides a unique feel. It is also fully recyclable. These three products contain 30-60% fibres from post-consumer waste (PCW) and are part of our current Winter Wrup-Cycling range, along with over 40 other coated papers.

BOOK CLOTH

Toile Ocean Corail Rouge (TOC31069) is woven from 100% recycled ocean plastic and rPET yarn. For this, our partner organisation #tide collects plastic waste from the ocean and refines it into a strong yarn which we process further. The naturally speckled book cover fabric is coated with water-based acrylic. The entire collection includes 5 other natural shades.

FLOCKED MATERIALS

Suedel® Luxe Recycled Rubis (SR004) is a flocked paper that imitates suede leather and combines a unique feel with environmental friendliness. The base of the material is made from Wibalin® Recycled, our classic 100% recycled paper fibre. Flock material made from 100% recycled cotton (PIW) is applied for the suede look. Silsuede Recyccled Rubis (SSR7179), on the other hand, delights with its marbled suede look, soft feel and stretch. Industrial waste is used to produce the vegan cover material: The support material and the flock used are made from over 80% recycled cotton.
