We are looking for an experienced person in the field of product management who, as Product Manager, will make a significant contribution to the design and further development of Winlay®, our sustainable and plastic-free packaging solution made from moulded pulp. In this fascinating and versatile position, you (d/w/m) will be responsible for the entire product range in an 80-100% position and continuously optimise it. You will play a key role in the strategic planning and further development of the product, taking on the challenging task of developing high-quality packaging and insert solutions for customers in the premium and luxury segment. At the same time, you will use your talent to find and develop new solutions and areas of application in order to continuously adapt Winlay® to the needs of the market, explore innovative approaches and make a significant contribution to the product's sales growth. • Product management and further development of Winlay®
• Develop sophisticated packaging and inlay solutions for customers in the premium and luxury segment.
• Develop strategic measures for the marketing of Winlay®, including targeted online measures.
• Maintain contact with suppliers in Europe and Asia.
• Develop and continuously improve the supply chain.
• Create accurate product costings to ensure commercial profitability and transparent cost structures.
• Monitor the maintenance and quality of existing projects.
• Support the specification of our products to end users in co-operation with branches and agents.
• Create and maintain basic technical information in collaboration with our TCC (Technical Competence Centre).
• Communicate all product news and changes effectively.
• Develop marketing concepts in co-operation with the marketing department.
• Create quarterly reports, reporting and statistics for projects and products.

• Place of residence preferably in the Basel Area (Switzerland)
• Friendly, communicative and team-orientated personality
• Basic commercial training with a federal certificate of competence
• Further training in product management, industrial design and/or packaging design
• At least 5 years' experience in product management, industrial design and/or packaging industry
• Proficient in CAD software (Rhino; SolidWorks; Autodesk Fusion 360; etc.)
• Confident in the use of common MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Business fluent language skills in German and English (level C1) required, knowledge of Chinese an advantage
• Self-management (structured, reliable working style, high degree of independence and personal responsibility, logical and networked thinking)
• You enjoy dealing with and coordinating various internal and external contacts
